The job holder will work within a team of four people and report directly to the Team Leader. The duties involve the day to day running of a portfolio of clients which will contain a variety of trusts and companies dealing with a wide range of arrangements.
Applicants should be educated to ‘A’ Level standard or equivalent and have a minimum of two years’ relevant experience including management of a portfolio of clients. Excellent communication skills, good numerical and computer skills, a positive ‘can do’ attitude and an ability to work to deadlines with the minimum of supervision are also required
On the job training will be given and will be supported by external courses, as required. In addition, full support will be given to those wishing to study for relevant professional qualification.
Assistant Fund Administrator – Praxis Fund Services Limited
Based in Guernsey the successful applicant will be responsible for assisting with the preparation of fund valuations and adherence to compliance and shareholder registration duties, as required.
Candidates should be educated to ‘A’ level standard or equivalent and have some knowledge of the finance industry although no previous funds experience is required. An eye for detail and excellent communication skills are also required.<.
Fund Accountant - Praxis Property Fund Services Limited
The duties involve:
- The production and filing of financial reports (including annual & half yearly financial statements and interim/monthly management accounts) for client funds and management companies within both statutory and management deadlines
- The management, supervision and training of team members as required.
The successful applicant will hold a professional accounting qualification.
Fund Administrator – Praxis Property Fund Services Limited
We seek a conscientious individual to assist the Fund Supervisor in delivering timely and accurate fund administration services to a portfolio of clients. This role will include all aspects of fund administration including client liaison, payments, convening of board and general meetings, compliance checks, reviewing CDD and assisting with Registrar work.
The ideal candidate will have an awareness of Guernsey regulations applicable to funds and licensed entities and stock exchange requirements in Guernsey, London and other recognised exchanges.
